We currently ship orders within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Please be sure the shipping address you provided is correct before securing your payment. We are not responsible for packages arriving to an incorrect address that was provided. If you notice a typo in your address after purchasing, kindly contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Our body butters are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during transit, especially during warmer months.
If your product arrives melted or softened:
-Allow the jar to sit upright at room temperature or refrigerate 15-20 minutes before use.
-Texture may change after melting, but product quality and effectiveness remain the same.
*Ice packs and proper insulation will be in place during extreme heat. We recommend tracking your package and bringing it indoors promptly after delivery to minimize heat exposure.
