Returns and refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and happily work to provide an appropriate resolution.
